Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We accept returns on all items as long as they meet the eligibility conditions stated below. There are no non-returnable items or exceptions.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@nolimbsfighting.com. Returns must be requested before sending any items back.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 4 Rue du Château d'Eau, Vigy, France.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a free return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@nolimbsfighting.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still meet the return conditions outlined above.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
