Return Policy
All products sold on No Limbs Fighting are made to order and produced individually upon receipt of each order. In accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
We accept returns on all items as long as they meet the eligibility conditions stated below. There are no non-returnable items or exceptions.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or reason other than a defect/error on our part. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@nolimbsfighting.com within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue. If error is proven to be on our side, we will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@nolimbsfighting.com. Returns must be requested before sending any items back.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 4 Rue du Château d'Eau, Vigy, France.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a free return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping & Fees
Return shipping is free and taken care of by our team.
Only a 10% restocking fee is charged for returns. There are no additional costs or fees.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@nolimbsfighting.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
In the event of a lost package, inform us and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement if necessary.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at contact@nolimbsfighting.com.
Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted within 1 hour of purchase, before the order is sent to manufacture. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
