All products sold by No Limbs Fighting are made to order and produced individually after an order is placed.

1. Returns

Returns are accepted only in accordance with the conditions described below and any mandatory rights applicable under consumer protection law.

Where the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply because a product falls within a legal exception, such as goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, the order cannot be returned simply because the customer has changed their mind.

This does not affect any mandatory legal guarantees or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

2. Return Eligibility

Where a return is accepted under this policy, the item must be returned in the condition in which it was received.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, returned items should be:

• unworn and unused;

• in their original condition;

• with any original tags attached; and

• accompanied by reasonable proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns solely because of a change of mind or because the customer selected the wrong size, unless a mandatory legal right applies.

3. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from the product ordered, please contact us at contact@nolimbsfighting.com with your order information and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue.

We will review the issue and, where the problem is attributable to us or the product does not comply with the applicable legal requirements, provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, repair, price reduction, or refund where legally required.

4. How to Contact Us About a Return

Please contact us at contact@nolimbsfighting.com before sending any item back.

Do not send a product to a return address without receiving instructions from us first.

Where a return is approved, we will provide the applicable return instructions and, where we are responsible for the return, the necessary return arrangements.

5. Return Shipping

Where a return is required because an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise our responsibility, we will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

For any return made under a voluntary return arrangement, the applicable shipping costs and conditions will be communicated before the return is made.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges as a standard procedure.

Where appropriate, the original item may need to be returned and a new order placed for the desired product.

This does not affect any statutory remedy that may require a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy.

7. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.

We will process the refund within the period required by applicable law or, where no statutory period applies, within a reasonable period after the return has been received and reviewed.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

8. Cancellations

Cancellations may be requested within 1 hour of placing an order, provided that production has not already started.

Because products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is placed. Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible, except where required by applicable law.

9. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your order appears to have been lost or has not arrived within the applicable delivery period, please contact us at contact@nolimbsfighting.com.

We will investigate the issue with the relevant fulfillment or delivery provider and take the appropriate action.

Nothing in this policy limits the seller's responsibilities toward the consumer under applicable law.

10. Legal Guarantees

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes the mandatory legal guarantees applicable to your purchase.

In particular, where applicable, consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee covering hidden defects. The legal guarantee of conformity generally applies for two years from delivery of a new product.

These legal guarantees are separate from any voluntary return policy offered by No Limbs Fighting.
