Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to all products sold on the Limbless online store. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms in full.
Products and Pricing
All products offered for sale are displayed on the website with their current prices at checkout. Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the site and include applicable taxes. Any additional fees, such as shipping, are calculated and displayed during checkout.
Payment Methods
The store accepts all payment methods supported by Shopify Payments, including but not limited to credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Payment is required at the time of order.
Order Confirmation and Processing
Once an order is placed, the customer receives an order confirmation by email. Orders are processed and fulfilled by Printful according to the shipping method selected by the customer. Delivery times vary depending on the chosen option and destination.
Shipping and Delivery
Please refer to the Shipping Policy for details regarding delivery areas, methods, fees, and tracking. Limbless is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping partner.
Order Cancellation and Returns
For information on order cancellations, returns, and refunds, please refer to our existing Return Policy. These Terms of Sale do not override the Return Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Limbless shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products or from the inability to access the website. Liability for direct damages is limited to the value of the products purchased.
Intellectual Property
All content related to products sold, including images, descriptions, logos, and designs, is the property of Limbless or its partners. Any reproduction, modification, or unauthorized use is prohibited.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts of the jurisdiction of the company’s registered office shall have exclusive authority.
