1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all products purchased through the No Limbs Fighting online store (the “Store”).
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms.
These Terms apply subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable to the customer.

2. Products and Pricing
Products available through the Store are described on their respective product pages, including their characteristics, available sizes, colors and other options.
Products are produced following receipt of an order and may therefore be manufactured specifically for the customer.
Prices displayed on the Store are those applicable at the time the order is placed. Any applicable taxes, shipping charges and other additional costs are indicated during the ordering process.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in color or appearance may occur depending on the customer's screen, the selected product and the manufacturing process.
3. Payment
Payment is required when the order is placed.
The payment methods available to the customer are those displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the customer's location and other applicable factors.
Payment is processed through the payment service providers made available through the Store.
An order will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorized or received.
4. Orders and Order Confirmation
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided when placing an order is accurate, including the delivery address and selected product options.
Before payment is completed, the customer is given the opportunity to review the order and correct any errors.
Once an order has been successfully placed, an order confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the customer.
The order confirmation records the details of the purchase and confirms that the order has been received.
5. Production and Fulfillment
Products are produced and fulfilled after an order is received.
The Store may use specialized third-party production and fulfillment providers to manufacture and ship orders on its behalf.
Production times and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination and shipping method selected.
The estimated delivery information displayed on the Store or at checkout is provided as an indication and may be affected by circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Store.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.
The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Delivery times depend on the destination, production time, shipping method and carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided where available during the ordering process.
Where a delivery issue occurs, the Store will handle the matter with the relevant fulfillment or shipping provider as necessary.
The Store remains subject to the mandatory obligations applicable to sellers regarding delivery.
7. Cancellation, Returns and Withdrawal
Orders are produced following purchase and certain products may therefore be subject to restrictions on cancellation or withdrawal where provided by applicable law.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, it is exercised in accordance with the conditions and time limits provided by applicable law.
Certain goods may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where they qualify as goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized goods.

Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
8. Legal Guarantees
Products sold through the Store are covered by the mandatory legal guarantees applicable to the purchase.
The legal guarantee of conformity applies in accordance with applicable law. For purchases governed by French law, the statutory guarantee generally applies for two years from delivery of a new product.
This guarantee concerns defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery and is subject to the conditions provided by law.
The customer may also benefit from the legal guarantee relating to hidden defects under the conditions provided by applicable law.
These legal guarantees are distinct from any voluntary commercial guarantee that may be offered.
Normal wear and tear, damage resulting from improper use, accidents, neglect or other damage attributable to the customer are not covered where excluded by applicable law.
9. Complaints, Disputes and Applicable Law

The order number and relevant information should be provided where possible to allow the matter to be reviewed efficiently.
The Store will examine complaints in accordance with the applicable contractual and statutory provisions.
Where required by applicable law, consumers may have access to a consumer mediation procedure after first attempting to resolve the matter directly with the Store.
These Terms are governed by French law, subject to any mandatory provisions applicable to consumers in their country of residence.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricts access to a competent court where such access is guaranteed by applicable law.
